We have neighbors with horses. As beautiful as these animals are, we please ask you respect our neighbors requests to not touch or feed the horses.
Please respect the animals and give them their space.
No throwing of objects toward other properties or toward horses.
Any complaints from neighbors of inappropriate or unwanted behaviour toward horses or disrespect toward neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
No outdoor fires besides the provided propane table top fire.
Maximum occupancy of 10. No additional guests other than the stated amount upon booking.
No animals, any pets on site will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee.
Speed limit on dirt roads is 15mph, please respect speed limit so to not spook the horses.
Do not leave food out upon checkout. We are in the country and food easily attracts ants. Any evidence food was left and has attracted ants, guest will be responsible for exterminator fee of $90.
